Build a bespoke residence in White Rock – without any demolition costs.
In Queensland, all new home builds must have home warranty insurance – but that doesn’t mean you’re protected.
Lodging a successful claim often requires time and money that new homeowners don’t have.
It’s why every new home we build includes a complimentary 12-month maintenance period in addition to your insurance.
If you encounter any construction defects after we’ve handed over the keys, we’ll fix them for you – at no extra cost and as soon as the right trades are free.

All timelines are approximate. Inclement weather, trade and material shortages, and other factors can affect how long your new home takes to be built.

Your exact payment schedule depends on your contract. If you build a White Rock home with us, you’ll probably need to pay at the following milestones:
As of April 2025, White Rock estate is at stage 17 (Treadwell). There are also multiple lots available for sale in stage 14 (Marlay), although they’re likely to disappear quickly. There will be more stages to be released over 2025 and 2026, though – the easiest way to see what’s available is to get in touch with us, view the master plan online, or visit our display home at 41 Foley Avenue, White Rock.
Before you sign a build contract, it’s a good idea to interview at least 3 different White Rock home builders. Don’t let tactics like pressure-selling and time-limited offers affect your decision. Building a new home will probably be one of the biggest financial choices you make – choosing the right builder is worth it.
When you talk to your top picks, ask them questions like:
You aren’t looking for ‘perfect’ answers. Any established builder will have projects that go over budget/schedule.You’re looking for honesty and transparency, because those are the two traits (along with good craftsmanship) that matter most in making your dream home a reality.
Financing for your new home should be finalised by the time you sign your build contract with us. That’s generally around 7 weeks from our initial conversation. Of course, the earlier you can get approval from your lender, the better – it’s normally best to get pre-approval before choosing a builder, followed by formal approval once you receive the build contract.
We know how frustrating building delays are. You’ve paid for your new home, you’re ready to move in by the promised date, and you’re spending money on renting. Unfortunately, things do happen (and, sometimes, they’re out of your builder’s control).
Delays can be caused by:
Every build contract is different, but, generally, you’ll only be able to claim liquidated damages if your builder has breached the contract. When a delay is caused by inclement weather, your builder will normally be able to claim an extension of time (EOT). There are conditions that your builder needs to meet to do that, though – most contracts have a time bar for EOT claims, which is a time limit they need to lodge their claim by.
Keep in mind that ‘going legal’ on your builder isn’t always productive. Even if you’re technically in the right, the cost and stress of going to court can outweigh any compensation you’d receive. It’s normally better to have an honest conversation with your project manager – most quality builders care about their reputations and want to deliver a home that exceeds your expectations.
