An acreage property represents freedom – from noisy neighbours, crowded views, and small-sized lots.
And that freedom brings opportunity.
Because your home vision won’t be constrained by a small building footprint or suburban regulations.
Create without limits – and choose a builder who has the capabilities to make it happen.
We’ve helped more than [X] SEQ homeowners build acreage houses through a combination of radically transparent pricing and quality-focused craftmanship.

Years of Supporting Queenslanders
Work with our in-house designers to create your new home from the ground up.
Each design emerges from an understanding of you, your lifestyle, and your vision – whatever that looks like.
The result: an acreage property that exceeds expectations, delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and backed by a 12-month maintenance period.
Each design has been engineered for South East Queensland climates – ideal for locations like the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and the Scenic Rim.

‘We built with Arista, formerly Hotondo Jimboomba. Great team with awesome service.
They were flexible with our floor plan and there were no price increases along the way.
We love our new home.’

In Queensland, all new home builds must have home warranty insurance – but that doesn’t mean you’re protected.
Lodging a successful claim often requires time and money that new homeowners don’t have.
It’s why every new home we build includes a complimentary 12-month maintenance period in addition to your insurance.
If you encounter any construction defects after we’ve handed over the keys, we’ll fix them for you – at no extra cost and as soon as the right trades are free.
All timelines are approximate. Inclement weather, trade and material shortages, and other factors can affect how long your new home takes to be built.
A sloping or difficult block shouldn’t mean a subpar design – or, worse, expensive earthworks to make a standard slab home fit.
Build the home your land deserves with a team that specialises in split-level and suspended projects.

Most of our home builds take 10 to 14 weeks for pre-construction and less than 20 weeks for the construction. Acreage homes are no different, although the nature of some blocks can mean that inclement weather can create longer delays.
Once you’ve approved the fixed-price specification (the document that lists the exact costs of everything included in your build), we’ll send through your building contract in 2 to 3 days.
Each of our standard designs is turnkey. That means you don’t need customisation to enjoy the type of things you’d expect from a new home – like 3-kilowatt solar, plumbing to your fridge, and 90-millimetre steel framing (rather than the softwood frames used by some other builders). It’s all included in our advertised prices.
If you do want to change aspects of a design, though, you’re more than welcome to. Most cosmetic or equal-cost changes can be made without any difference to the final cost of your build. Upgrades and more complex variations will attract an additional charge, which we’ll explain clearly before you move forward.
Yes, they are. We’ll connect your stormwater, sewage, power, water, and NBN to mains up to 10 metres from your property as part of any standard-design or custom build. If the mains are located further from your property (or if you need us to install other facilities like water and septic tanks), we’re more than happy to add it on as an extra.
If you’re planning to become a primary producer, you might be able to access the Queensland government’s First Start Loan. Because the loan is designed to help aspiring primary producers get started, the government could approve uses like a knockdown-rebuild or building a house on previously vacant land (which you’ll then use for production).
The best way to see whether you’re eligible is to get in touch with us, receive your initial estimate, and then apply for the necessary funding via the First Start website.
No, fencing isn’t a standard inclusion in our quotes. If you’d like us to install fencing – including livestock fencing for larger properties – just let us know.
Acreage homes tend to be larger than standard suburban residences, which is why they’re often more expensive. The average acreage build on the Gold Coast costs around $[X] per square metre.
