Building a new home might be one of the largest financial decisions you ever make.
When you step inside, it should feel like yours, not an off-the-shelf, mass-produced product.
That’s why each home we create is guided by our clients’ values – how they spend time, what they care about, and who they do life with.
It doesn’t matter whether you opt for a standard design or a bespoke build.
Opening the front door should always feel like coming home.

Book a free feature-by-feature analysis with us to find out exactly what each of your estimates includes and excludes.
One of our estimators will walk you through their findings in an in-person or remote meeting, then email a summary report you can use to clarify discrepancies with other builders.

In Queensland, all new home builds must have home warranty insurance – but that doesn’t mean you’re protected.
Lodging a successful claim often requires time and money that new homeowners don’t have.
It’s why every new home we build includes a complimentary 12-month maintenance period in addition to your insurance.
If you encounter any construction defects after we’ve handed over the keys, we’ll fix them for you – at no extra cost and as soon as the right trades are free.
Still deciding on a block? Explore some of Greenbank’s most popular neighbourhoods to build in.
All timelines are approximate. Inclement weather, trade and material shortages, and other factors can affect how long your new home takes to be built.

The top home builders in Greenbank are:
We’ll always do our best to preserve mature trees, particularly in suburbs like Sherwood that feature so many beautiful jacarandas. That can be difficult for certain blocks, though, especially if the tree impedes machinery access to the site.
If you’d like to keep a particular tree in place, let us know before work starts and we’ll coordinate with an arborist to identify the best workaround. (In some cases, we might need a permit from the Brisbane City Council to remove a tree anyway.)
The average custom build in Greenbank costs around $2,500 per square metre. While a custom home is more expensive than a standard-design build, it’s also uniquely matched to your property and lifestyle – the kind of space you want to live in for the next 20 or 30 years.
Before you sign a build contract, it’s a good idea to interview at least 3 different Greenbank home builders. Don’t let tactics like pressure-selling and time-limited offers affect your decision. Building a new home will probably be one of the biggest financial choices you make – choosing the right builder is worth it.
When you talk to your top picks, ask them questions like:
You aren’t looking for ‘perfect’ answers. Any established builder will have projects that go over budget/schedule. You’re looking for honesty and transparency, because those are the two traits (along with good craftsmanship) that matter most in making your dream home a reality.
Yes, we can. We’re more than happy to collaborate with third parties like architects, designers, and site engineers to deliver your home. If you don’t have a preference for a specific consultant, we’ll coordinate one for you – our professional network includes leading architectural and engineering practices.
It’s a good idea to talk to a real estate agent or property adviser before you build and compare the probable increase in market value to your custom home’s cost. If you’re coming up substantially short, a standard design with upgrades could be a better choice.
Yes, all our standard designs incorporate termite protection. (It’s a requirement under the Building Code of Australia, so avoid any builders that don’t include it.) Each of our project homes is built by default on a concrete slab, which is considered a form of protection in and of itself. The slab is supported by 2 chemical reticulation systems: one under-slab system and one perimeter system, which extends 150 millimetres from the edge of the slab. Both are assured under AS 3360.1.
If you’d prefer non-chemical protection, we’re more than happy to discuss physical systems like metal flashing as an optional upgrade.
Ask questions. Get the information you need. No pressure-selling.
